We have asked Photolicious photography for a full refund & all photos taken on the day to be placed on a USB, this was rejected and the company have stated that they believe only 30 photos are missing from our description and will offer us $10 per photo total of $300 refund. We have approached the company and they have no recollection of any of the families photos & entire bridal party photos taking place on the day (making out as though we are lying about the missing photos, my husband said to The photographer \"the photos of our family are missing and my family is the most important thing to me, not photos of drunk people in frames we made for our bridal party shots\" the photographer responded with \"I didn\'t have any family at my wedding\")? We requested a personal viewing of all photos taken on the day of the wedding as stated in paperwork because apparently we have been sent every single photo & viewing was denied. They also offer a sneak peak within 48hours, a week later I contacted the company saying I hadn\'t received a sneak peek to be told this is done via their facebook page - I head over to check it out and the photo they have used publicly as our wedding sneak peek is a boudoir shot of me in my underwear (how does this showcase our LOVE STORY) I had to make contact again and ask them to remove it. *NO individual table shots from the night of the wedding & YES my husband and I went around and thanked each individual table for coming. *NO photos outside the reception of the entire bridal party with cars that were hired for the day of the wedding (these photos were taken but have been lost) there is in fact no photos of the entire bridal party together or the cars we hired for the day.
